Services

Services for small businesses.

I help local shops with their website, their Google listing, and simple ways to spend less time on paperwork and follow-up. Start with a free audit or ask about a specific project.

Is this a good fit?

A good fit: you own the business, or you can approve the work yourself. Your website or Google listing is missing, out of date, wrong or hard to use. Or follow-up and paperwork take more of your time than they should.

What I don’t do: paid ads or daily social media posting. I also don’t promise more customers or a top spot on Google.

If I’m not the right person for your job, I’ll tell you in writing.

Websites

Fix or rebuild your website so customers can understand your services and get in touch.

  • Website improvements
  • Landing pages
  • Business websites
  • Enquiry forms
Website scope and separate work

A complete rebrand, original photography/video, audience variants, ecommerce, membership, portals, custom application features, complex CRM/automation integrations, ongoing SEO/content, large migrations, and custom integrations receive a separate scope.

Your written quote defines the work included, what is outside the scope, and any separate ongoing costs.

Your Google listing

Make sure customers see the right hours, phone number, photos and services when they look you up on Google.

  • Google Business Profile
  • Local visibility
  • Referral systems
  • Content systems
What Google listing help does not include

No guaranteed rankings, Map Pack placement, traffic, leads, or revenue. Ongoing SEO, link building, unlimited content, daily community management, paid ads, purchased lists, and cold unsolicited outreach are not included.

Your written quote defines the work included, what is outside the scope, and any separate ongoing costs.

Less paperwork

Spend less time on paperwork and follow-up. I connect your forms, email and other tools so the same details don’t get typed twice.

  • Chatbots
  • Reporting systems
  • Moving information between tools
  • Internal tools
Automation and chatbot scope

Every quote identifies the workflow and business constraint, systems and data involved, steps/integration count, failure behavior, third-party usage costs, testing and acceptance conditions, documentation, and ownership. Regulated-data, payment, high-availability, or mission-critical decision systems require qualified support and a risk-appropriate scope.

For chatbots, the scope also sets the information it can use, when to pass a question to a person, and who maintains its answers after launch.

Projects that combine services

Each phase has its own written scope and acceptance criteria.

How the free audit works

For a specific project, you can send the details for a fixed quote.

  1. Tell me what needs work

Send a few details about your business and what you would like to improve.

  2. Read my recommendation

I explain what I found, what I would change first, and what the work might cost.

  3. Decide what to do

Use the report yourself, give it to your existing provider, or ask me for a fixed quote for one specific job.

What happens after you say yes

  1. You say yes in writing. I don’t start work before that. A text or email is fine.
  2. We agree what I need from you. That might be photos, your hours, or access to your website or Google listing. Your site and accounts stay yours.
  3. I do the work and show it to you. Nothing I build goes live until you’ve seen it and approved it.
  4. You own the work. Anything I set up for you, with its files and notes, is handed over to you. Your quote also gives you time to report problems, usually 30 days after you approve the finished work. If something I built doesn’t work the way we agreed and you tell me in that time, I fix it at no charge.

Your quote gives the dates. It also lists any outside costs, like hosting, that are billed to you directly. Ongoing support after that is optional.

Pricing

Paid work is quoted for your project. You’ll receive a fixed written quote before any paid work starts. I don’t bill for anything you didn’t approve in writing.

Optional support, quoted for your site. Agree the work, price and response times before it starts.
