Velu is a one-person consultancy operated by Toby Burgmaier. This page describes what happens to the information you share on this site, in plain language.

The request form collects your name, email, business name, website or location, and the help you want. It also records whether you requested an audit or project discussion, the time received, and an optional referral source, which may be filled from the link you followed. You can change or remove that source before submitting. The optional workload snapshot stays on your device unless you include it in your request. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

Your answers help me prepare your audit or discuss your project, reply to you, and track the agreed next step. The referral source helps me understand how people find Velu. Your information is never sold, shared with advertisers, or added to a mailing list.

Requests are saved in private Vercel Blob storage and emailed to Toby through Resend. Toby uses the inquiry and its next steps in private business records. These services process information to provide storage, email, and delivery of the work. A reference number and due date let me track the request if a notification needs to be retried.
