Working together

Questions

What does Velu do?

I help local shops with their website, their Google listing, and simple ways to spend less time on paperwork and follow-up. That can mean clearer service pages, the right details on Google, or less copying between forms, email and other tools.

What is the Free Business Bottleneck Audit?

Send a few details about your business and what needs work. I send a written review of what I can observe, what I would change first, and what that is likely to cost. I will identify anything that needs more information. The report is yours whether we work together or not. Delivery is within two business days: Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

How much does a project cost?

Paid work is quoted for your project. You’ll receive a fixed written quote before any paid work starts. I don’t bill for anything you didn’t approve in writing. Your quote lists the work included and any separate ongoing costs.

What happens after I say yes?

You approve the quote in writing, and I don’t start before that. A text or email is fine. We agree what I need from you. I do the work and show it to you, and nothing I build goes live until you’ve approved it. Anything I set up for you, with its files and notes, is handed over to you. Your quote gives you time to report problems, usually 30 days after you approve the finished work. If something I built doesn’t work the way we agreed, I fix it at no charge.

Who owns the work?

You do. Code, configuration, accounts, and documentation are handed over to you. Ongoing support is optional, and there is no lock-in.

How long does work take and what support is available?

Your quote sets the schedule for the work. Ongoing website support is optional and quoted for your site. We agree the coverage, price, response times and cancellation terms in writing before it starts.
